You do not need to be an expert in every technology. We care more about curiosity, judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to turn an idea into something people will actually use.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple businesses and industries rather than focusing on a single narrow project. You will see firsthand how companies operate, work directly with senior leaders, and build solutions with visible, measurable impact.
The best ideas may be deployed across several portfolio companies, giving you an unusual opportunity to help shape how growing businesses adopt AI.
