What We Are Seeking

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Analytics Consultant to:

Expand an existing AI Document Intelligence web user interface to include additional data extraction and transformation capabilities
Build conversational chat bot agents, democratizing data analysis across teams
Leverage AI-enabled and enhanced data to present meaningful visualizations using the Microsoft Power Suite

Hard Skills Required

Proficiency enabling document intelligence to create structured data from unstructured data using Python, JSON, SQL, Pandas, and other AI enabling technologies; AI data integration to automate Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
Proficiency with web user interface development front-end and back-end architecture
Proficiency creating “talk to your data” conversational agents (chat bot)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Suite including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
Project Management experience in creating timeline, milestones, and monitoring progress

Soft Skills Required

Knowledge of business procedures and processes in large corporations
Ability to understand the business challenges then develop and test solutions
Communication skills to present to key stakeholders
Positive attitude in both effort and enthusiasm
Willingness to learn
Flexibility to accept changing needs of key stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Experience in information technology and data analytics, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Management Information Systems; demonstrated high-level coursework in these subjects; or equivalent experience.
Experience in analyzing, cleaning, transforming, and automating data and processes, as well as analyzing schema and data models.
Experience or coursework in AI Agentics, Data Transformation, and Data Visualization.
Demonstrated skills in Project Management, Time Management, Business Writing, and Professional Communications.
Measurable ability to present data-focused insights, visualizations, solutions, and ideas in working sessions.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing digital processes to meet internal and external client objectives.
Proven experience in delivering upon agreed timelines and plans.
Must be able to work for any employer in the US.
