Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Experience configuring enterprise applications and BI dashboards.
- Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI productivity tools to improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain WebEOC or similar enterprise apps.
- Configure forms, workflows, RBAC, and application settings.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Design low-code automations using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to users.
- Use AI tools to improve documentation and processes.
- Prepare technical docs, runbooks, and training materials.
- Support configuration management, testing, and sustainment.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders on enhancements.
- Support emergency operations and surge activities when needed.
