Mercor is seeking data analysts and spreadsheet specialists to support a research project with a leading AI lab. The role involves real data analysis workflows on a Mac to benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models, with emphasis on clear explanations of reasoning and strong communication.

A part-time commitment of 10–20 hours per week offers a hands-on, structured experience. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience or be enrolled in Masters studies, and own a MacBook/Mac with macOS

Qualificações

• Mac is required: own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series or Intel processor, macOS 15+.
• Proficient in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts, data cleaning).
• Experience with SQL, Python/R or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed Masters, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus BA from a reputable institution.
• Ability to clearly explain your reasoning while working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
