Job summary

The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a Computer Scientist in Washington, DC, to advance secure AI-enabled applications and robust DevSecOps practices within enterprise environments.

Qualified applicants will have a CS degree or equivalent with calculus coursework and at least one year in related fields; you will design, implement, and secure AI-driven systems, manage security testing, and ensure compliance with federal standards in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 30 semester hours in math, statistics, and CS.
  • At least 15 of the 30 hours must include calculus.
  • All degrees must be from accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and secure AI-enabled application environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity and application security processes.
  • Design, implement, and support DevSecOps and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and related technologies.
