Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Cyber Security AI Engineer for the Security Operations Center in Atlanta, GA. This role designs, develops, and operationalizes AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale.

You will partner with Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Security Engineering, and IT Operations to build intelligent detection models, automate workflows, and reduce analyst workload while boosting detection accuracy.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic scripting or programming skills (Python, PowerShell, SQL).
• Exposure to SIEM technologies and endpoint security tools.
• Interest in automation, analytics, AI, and ML to improve security operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI and ML solutions to improve threat detection and investigations.
• Build predictive models for malicious activity and insider threats.
• Develop AI-assisted threat hunting across enterprise environments.
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI into SOC workflows to speed investigations.
• Create AI-powered copilots to assist analysts with investigation and response.
