Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with relevant software development experience.
• Experience in software development processes: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation.
• Foundational cybersecurity concepts and defensive operations knowledge.
• Formal or informal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype software to increase speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations.
• Collaborate with mission operators to translate challenges into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI resources and LLMs to optimize development lifecycles and data analytics.
• Support patching, incident response, and threat emulation workflows.
