Job summary

ARSIEM is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity AI Developer to join our government-focused team in Laurel, MD. You will build innovative cyber defense tools, prototype solutions, and accelerate analytics using LLMs and AI resources to enhance operator efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with mission operators and apply secure software practices across vulnerability analysis, incident response, and threat emulation, supporting critical defense customers with TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 6 years experience in software development and programming.
• Proficiency in Python for development, scripting, and data manipulation.
• Strong foundation in core software development methodologies and cybersecurity concepts; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype software that increases speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations.
• Collaborate with mission operators to observe workflows and design innovative technical solutions.
• Leverage LLMs and corporate AI resources to optimize development lifecycles and data analytics.
