Job summary

Talantir in Oregon is seeking an AI Customer Experience Technical Advisor to blend technical business analysis with customer engagement in a hybrid role. You will investigate current-state contact centers, map needs to AI capabilities, and translate insights into a phased AI-driven platform strategy designed to improve CX efficiency and reduce costs.

You will partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration, guide hybrid agent models, and measure outcomes like

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer experience, contact center operations, business analysis, AI/automation, or professional services consulting.
Proven ability to operate as a technical business analyst in customer-facing environments.
Engineering mindset with understanding of systems, workflows, and technical trade-offs.
Strong customer-facing communication skills comparable to a sales or solutions consulting role.

Responsibilities

Act as a detective to uncover the customer’s true current state with limited documentation or data.
Lead discovery sessions to understand contact center workflows, volumes, and agent utilization.
Identify critical tasks based on business impact, friction, and cost.
Distill ambiguous information into clear problem statements and opportunities.
Map customer needs to AI capabilities and prioritize automation vs. augmentation.
Design phased implementation strategies aligned to customer priorities.
