Primer is a performance marketing agency that builds static, video, and UGC ads for Meta and TikTok, augmented by AI production systems. We are hiring a Creative Strategist who will own client accounts, decide what to test, and produce assets end-to-end using AI—while collaborating with designers and editors for polish and scale.

You will also improve the AI systems by refining prompts, templates, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative or paid social at an agency.
• AI-obsessed; produced finished ads with AI tools.
• Client-facing experience; able to defend recommendations and manage client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategy by turning client goals and data into angles, hooks and formats.
• Produce assets end-to-end using AI systems; create multiple variations across concepts.
• Run structured tests, monitor metrics (CTR, ROAS) and iterate concepts across placements.
