Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Copywriting & Content SME for a remote, hourly contractor role. You will review AI-generated outputs and craft expert copy, evaluating reasoning, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines across multiple formats.

The role requires 5+ years in copywriting or content, strong English, and the ability to deliver precise feedback across time zones. This is a contract, part-time position with potential future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content writing, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-aware writing (B2B and/or B2C).
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency.
• Familiarity with content formats: landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long-form guides.
• Comfort providing actionable feedback and rewrites with rationale (C1 English).
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver quality remotely across time zones.
• Prior experience with AI data training/annotation or content QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and gold-standard copy/content across formats and industries.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, tone match, and factual reliability.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and brand-risk issues; validate reliability across use cases.
