Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Copywriting & Content SME for a remote, hourly contractor role. You will review AI-generated outputs and craft expert copy across formats, evaluating reasoning, tone, and alignment with prompts.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in copywriting or editorial roles, with strong English (C1). You will provide precise feedback and high-quality rewrites to improve AI training data and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, editorial, or brand storytelling experience.
• Strong command of brand voice and audience-aware writing for B2B and/or B2C.
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency, including headlines and CTAs.
• Experience spotting factual errors, weak reasoning, and compliance issues in regulated domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content and gold-standard copy across formats to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, and factual reliability; provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure model integrity by testing outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and brand-risk issues.
