Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a meticulous QA reviewer to assess chatbot outputs in our content-review workflow. You will evaluate responses for accuracy, relevance, and clarity, and document findings in structured feedback.

You will identify inconsistencies, maintain consistent reviews and records, and collaborate with project and quality teams, escalating ambiguous cases as needed. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort with AI
