Crossing Hurdles is seeking a dedicated QA reviewer to evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, and clarity, and to document findings for improvement.

You will identify inconsistencies, maintain consistent reviews, and collaborate with project and quality teams, escalating ambiguous cases as needed to drive reliable AI interactions and ensure documentation is thorough, actionable, and aligned with quality standards across platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in QA, data annotation, or content evaluation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
