Overview
This role leads the transformation of enterprise content management into an AI-driven content intelligence capability. You will oversee document repositories, workflows, correspondence platforms, and print operations while driving automation, intelligent document processing, and modern API-based architecture.
Operating in a regulated environment, you will ensure all solutions meet compliance standards while maximizing the value of AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team delivering AI-powered content and document solutions
- Manage document repositories, workflows, and correspondence platforms
- Drive intelligent document processing and automation initiatives
- Design scalable, API-first and event-driven architectures
- Oversee print and digital content delivery, including vendor coordination
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data governance requirements
- Guide platform strategy, modernization, and tool selection
- Communicate progress, risks, and strategy to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or technology leadership
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and modern development practices
- Experience with AI/automation and evolving technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., data privacy, security frameworks)
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid work model (3 days on-site in Austin, TX)
- Experience with tools such as AWS, Python/C#/Java, APIs, and business intelligence platforms is helpful but not required
Compensation: $125,000 to $145,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
