Role requires strong communication, design-thinking facilitation, and proficiency in Python, ML, and AWS. You will guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one-on-one engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Knowledge of AWS services and ML tools.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders on front-end ideation for AI solutions.
• Experience applying AI to NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The role requires strong communication, design‑thinking facilitation, and proficiency in Python, machine learning, and AWS to shape and deliver impactful initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to prototype, validate, and present AI outcomes that improve operations, customer experience, and safety. You will guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one‑on‑one engagements.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
