Garden Life Development, LLC is seeking an AI Consultant for a full-time temporary W-2 role in the United States. You’ll define AI strategies with stakeholders, identify opportunities to apply AI to improve processes, and advise on tools and platforms while ensuring privacy and security standards.

You will support deployment, provide AI training, and monitor performance across assignments, with on-site, hybrid, or remote options depending on the project.

AI Consultant | Full-Time Temporary (W-2)

Pay: $36.00 - $62.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience level and assignment
Location: North Carolina; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment

AI Consultants help organizations figure out where AI can make a real difference — and how to adopt it safely. You'll shape strategy, recommend solutions, support implementation, and help people learn to use AI well.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to define AI strategies that support business goals
  
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve processes and services
  
• Recommend AI solutions, including machine learning, NLP, and computer vision
  
• Advise on selecting AI tools, platforms, and frameworks
  
• Make sure AI solutions follow ethical guidelines, privacy rules, and security standards
  
• Support deployment and integration with existing systems
  
• Develop and deliver AI training and support adoption
  
• Monitor AI performance and recommend improvements
  

What you'll need

• Experience in consulting, analytics, or technology advisory roles (see experience levels below)
  
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and LLM-based solutions
  
• Understanding of data privacy, responsible AI, and risk
  
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees and certifications are verified before placement.

What to expect
