Job summary

Garden Life Development is seeking an AI Developer for a full-time temporary (W-2) role based in North Carolina with on-site, hybrid, or remote options depending on the assignment. You will build and integrate AI models, prepare data, and ensure AI features are accurate, efficient, and scalable in production.

This position requires hands-on work with LLM APIs, ML frameworks, REST APIs, and collaboration with data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or ML frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees and certifications are verified before placement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models and solutions for business needs.
• Build with machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems with data scientists and engineers.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze large datasets to train and improve models.
• Test, debug, and version AI models using best practices.
• Monitor and refine AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scale.
• Troubleshoot and support deployed AI features.
• Try out new AI techniques and frameworks.
