Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction experience, especially remodeling.
• Experience in construction material purchasing/sales with solid SKU knowledge.
• Expertise with blueprint takeoffs and estimating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of estimates for enterprise customers.
• Validate blueprint takeoffs and ensure alignment with real-world scopes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on workflow improvements.
