Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Analyst to support enterprise AI strategy and ensure design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of compliance controls aligned with global regulatory expectations.

The role partners with Technology, Business Units, Transformation Office, and second line functions to build an integrated AI compliance program, governance, and risk management in a global financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain second line Compliance monitoring and testing program for AI-related regulatory and policy requirements.
• Serve as Compliance partner to first line teams in AI process design, controls, oversight and governance.
• Act as liaison with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and other second line teams to ensure regulatory interpretation is consistent.
• Develop and maintain a Global Compliance Operating Model supporting AI initiatives.
