Job summary
GROM Consulting seeks an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert with deep SAP Order to Cash experience to drive AI initiatives across Sales Order and Distribution. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and innovation teams, building agents within SAP to optimize order-to-cash processes in a regulated environment.
The role requires hands-on expertise with SAP SD/OTC, SAP BTP, and modern AI platforms, plus a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise tech environments with SAP ecosystems.
- AI SME or strategist leading enterprise AI initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts and AI agents.
- Background in life sciences environments.
- Deep SAP order to cash experience.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI use cases across order-to-cash and distribution processes.
- Define and scale enterprise AI strategy, governance models, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
- Leverage SAP knowledge to enable AI within SD/OTC, S/4HANA and related apps.
- Support POCs, pilots, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Assist in establishing AI operating models and COE standards.
