Nassau Financial Group in Hartford, Connecticut, offers a 10-week AI Center of Excellence internship to help teams explore agentic AI and enterprise tools. You will work with the CoE Lead, business teams, technology, and risk/compliance to research use cases, document workflows, and build prototypes in approved environments.

The role provides supervised ownership of meaningful projects, with formal approvals and governance from business owners.

Competenze

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field such as CS, IS, data science, analytics, finance, or insurance.
• Ability to explain a process clearly and document findings for technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• Familiarity with generative AI, data analysis, software development, or automation through coursework or projects.

Mansioni

• Develop practical AI use cases and training materials for enterprise tools.
• Interview process owners and map workflows for annuities, investment operations, finance, and IT.
• Help prepare pilot requirements, tool permissions, escalation rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Create representative test cases and measure outputs, time saved, and reviewer understandability.
• Document privacy, security considerations, and data handling requirements.
