Job summary

You'll collaborate with the CoE Lead, business teams, technology, information security, privacy, risk, and compliance to map workflows, document findings, and test use cases against criteria.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, information systems, data science, business analytics, finance, insurance, or a related field; equivalent relevant projects or experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Everyday AI enablement: Develop practical example and training materials for approved enterprise ChatGPT and Claude capabilities.
• Gather user feedback and summarize adoption barriers and recurring support questions.
• Use case discovery: Interview process owners and map selected annuity, investment operations, finance, and IT workflows.
• Agent pilot preparation: Help distinguish tasks suited to drafting, search, workflow automation, and agentic AI.
• Prototype and evaluation: Create representative test cases; measure quality, time saved, and reviewer understandability.
• Risk and documentation: Document privacy and security considerations, source traceability, human review points.
• Explain processes clearly and document findings for technical and nontechnical colleagues.
