Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Analyst to help train and evaluate AI models on real-world cloud security scenarios.

The role requires hands-on cloud security work across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on IAM, networking, storage, and container security. The ideal candidate will analyze misconfigurations and security incidents, and provide feedback to improve AI reasoning about cloud risk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across at least one major provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with real-world misconfigurations and security incidents — you know what goes wrong and why.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks and failure patterns.
• Review and evaluate IAM configurations, networking setups, storage policies, and container security issues.
• Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on real-world impact.
• Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it accurately reflects how cloud incidents unfold in practice.
• Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems reason more reliably about cloud risk.
