Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD Public Trust
• 10+ years of cloud/infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on cloud engineering in Azure/AWS/GCP
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector DBs, embeddings, retrieval systems
• Expert Terraform skills and IaC experience
• Experience operating production Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS)
• Experience with containers (Docker) and CI/CD
• Proficient in Python scripting/programming

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support multi-cloud services using IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and semantic search systems
• Design data preprocessing workflows, chunking strategies, and vector database infra
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Configure and tune NSGs, application gateways, and cloud security controls
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and databases across clouds with security/compliance
• Collaborate with data scientists, UI/UX designers, and experts to integrate AI features
• Enforce security best practices for LLMs and data privacy
