What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of relevant software, cloud, or platform engineering experience, including 5+ years designing, delivering, and operating production cloud services; strong AWS experience with IAM, networking, APIs, containers or serverless, observability, and secrets management.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, or MCP servers and applying OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, service identities, and authorization controls to enterprise data access.
• Practical Microsoft 365 integration experience with Microsoft Graph, OneDrive or SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and permissions.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Anthropic developer platforms or comparable LLM APIs, including tool calling, agent workflows, context handling, evaluation, and limitations of generated outputs.
• Understanding of agent runtime design, tool gateways, identity, session and memory patterns, evaluation, and observability, with experience applying these concepts to production systems.
• Experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to develop, review, test, and deploy software, with sound judgment on code quality, security, and human review.
• Advanced scripting or software development ability in Python or TypeScript or JavaScript, including testing, code review, and troubleshooting distributed integrations.
• Automation and orchestration experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure as code, Git based workflows, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI; ability to build repeatable deployments and operational runbooks.
• Sound security engineering judgment around least privilege, data classification, secure software delivery, logging, and controls for agents with access to enterprise systems.
• Ability to work across architecture, security, and developer teams and explain design decisions, tradeoffs, and operational requirements clearly.

Preferred experience

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, particularly Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Memory, or Observability; production implementation is a strong plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant governance, SharePoint site scoped access, delegated consent, and permissions troubleshooting.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes or ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, and AWS cost or reliability optimization.
• Experience enabling enterprise developer platforms, supply chain controls, security tooling integrations, and AI assisted development practices.
