Job summary
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead a greenfield AI and cloud platform initiative in the Dallas area. You will guide a cross-functional team through development to production readiness, balancing technical leadership with client relationship management and milestone delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong delivery management, Agile expertise, and cloud/AI familiarity to drive enterprise outcomes while coordinating security, data, and architecture
Qualifications
- 6+ years of technology delivery experience.
- Experience leading application development teams.
- Experience delivering greenfield technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield enterprise initiative.
- Coordinate cross-functional application development team of ~11 members.
- Own delivery plans, Agile ceremonies, milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting.
- Coordinate work across application development, cloud, APIs, data, security, and platform services.
- Remove roadblocks and drive issues to timely resolution.
- Partner with client stakeholders to manage expectations and priorities.
- Manage difficult delivery situations and negotiate priorities.
- Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and team continuity.
- Support production readiness activities including testing and security.
