Job summary

Netris, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training & Enablement Manager to shape how customers and partners learn about our AI cloud networking platform. You will bridge Customer Success, Product, and Sales to translate the platform into practical, scalable enablement materials and hands-on labs.

Build a program from the ground up that stays current with the evolving product, runs deep‑dive workshops, and certifies partners while advancing customer proficiency and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience building training curricula for infrastructure software.
• Ability to translate complex networking concepts into practical enablement content.
• Track record delivering scalable training programs for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the full training library for customers and channel partners.
• Deliver live training sessions, onboarding walkthroughs, and partner certifications.
• Own the demo experience by configuring and evolving live product demos.
• Collaborate with Product to map new capabilities to training materials.
