Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Technical Education Specialist to run internal education programs and keep our Education Hub healthy. You’ll coordinate Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and content updates, while drafting new learning initiatives with SMEs.

This role blends logistics, content maintenance, and research to accelerate engineer learning. You will collaborate with the Senior Specialist and grow into independent ownership of recurring workflows, contributing to scale

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recurring programs or trainings.
• Experience creating documentation in Confluence, Notion, or similar CMS.
• Ability to apply a style guide and templates consistently.
• Experience supporting technical education for cloud/software teams.
• Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in instructional design.
• Experience auditing content for accuracy and structure.
• Experience tracking work in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Education Hub content with updates, tagging, and publishing support.
• Coordinate Lunch and Learns and engineering demos.
• Support speaker logistics, notes, recordings, and resource publication.
• Audit published content for accuracy and freshness.
• Assist with research, drafting, and information intake for new learning initiatives.
• Track requests and help maintain lightweight workflows.
• Surface patterns to improve organization and findability of resources.
