Job summary

CoreWeave in San Francisco seeks a Technical Education Specialist to run and refresh internal education programs. You will coordinate Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and related sessions, and uphold the content health in our Education Hub, blending logistics with hands-on content maintenance and research for new learning initiatives.

Work closely with the Senior Specialist to grow into independent ownership of recurring workflows, turn complex engineering material into accessible resources,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recurring programs, events, or training sessions on a published cadence.
• Experience creating and maintaining written content in Confluence, Notion, or a CMS.
• Demonstrated ability applying a documentation style guide or editorial standard.
• Experience supporting technical education, developer enablement, or internal training at infra/cloud/software companies.
• Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, GPU, or AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with instructional design or curriculum development.
• Experience auditing existing content for accuracy, broken links, structure.
• Experience tracking work in Jira or similar systems.
• Ability work with SMEs to turn technical material into learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Education Hub content, including updates, cleanup, formatting, tagging, and publishing support.
• Coordinate recurring program operations for Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and similar efforts.
• Support speaker logistics, scheduling, notes, recordings, and resource publication.
• Audit published content for accuracy, freshness, and usability, and update as needed.
• Assist with research, drafting, content preparation, and information intake for new learning initiatives.
• Track requests and follow-up items, maintaining lightweight operating processes for recurring workflows.
• Surface patterns and opportunities to improve how learning resources are organized and found.
