SCC is seeking a Cloud Developer (AI) to design and maintain cloud-based applications with AI capabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with Architects, Product Owners and other developers under Scrum, delivering secure, scalable solutions across serverless and microservices architectures.

Remote position with hybrid working options; salary £50,000–£60,000 plus broad benefits. 9:00–17:30, Mon–Fri, 2-stage interview process, joining Europe’s largest privately-owned IT company.

Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-based applications with AI integration.
• Familiarity with Scrum and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform and modern programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cloud-based apps and services with AI features.
• Ensure performance, scalability and reliability of cloud/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to refine cloud/AI designs.
• Implement and uphold security best practices for cloud/AI components.
• Stay current with emerging cloud and AI technologies and frameworks.
• Document data flows and integrations for cloud and AI solutions.
