Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) to support AI-powered prior authorisation workflows by reviewing medication-related clinical content and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, safety, and completeness.

Role focuses on medication history, dosing, drug interactions, and pharmacy workflows, with emphasis on evidence-based annotations and adherence to guidelines. 30–40 hours per week expected, in the USA.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with pharmacy operations experience.
• Experience with prior authorisation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of medication safety and drug interactions.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.
• Available for 30–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer medication-related clinical questions using context, materials, and labeling guidelines.
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, clarity, and evidence.
• Provide annotations and written feedback on responses.
• Identify cases with insufficient evidence, safety concerns, or unclear context.
• Apply project rubrics and calibration feedback in reviews.
