Qualifications

• Professional experience: lab research, industrial chemical processing, pharma R&D, or academic instruction.
• Technical mastery: organic, inorganic, analytical or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
• Safety & compliance: SDS, GHS, EPA/REACH/FDA knowledge.
• Analytical precision: identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, geometry, thermodynamics.
• Communication: explain reaction pathways with technical clarity.
• PayPal: account to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated chemistry for accuracy and logic.
• Fact-check reactions, balanced equations, viable synthetic routes.
• Audit model-generated lab protocols and safety summaries.
• Annotate molecular data and correct SMILES/2D/3D representations.
• Ensure outputs avoid synthesis of hazardous substances.
