Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management or HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute readiness and adoption plans for transformation initiatives.
• Champion a culture of change and promote open communication about new technologies.
• Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders on readiness needs.
• Design and deliver training for end users on new technologies and processes.
• Monitor adoption and provide insights to Strategy and Change team.
• Assist in developing and overseeing execution of strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Communicate plans and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
