Job summary

Vylor, based in Johnston, Iowa, is seeking an AI Business Analyst Intern to join our Innovation & Operations Management team. Hybrid role blending business analysis with hands-on AI development, focusing on building AI-powered solutions and automating workflows.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision making while collaborating across teams. This role requires foundational Python, AI tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• US work authorization for permanent employment required.
• Familiarity with Python and AI workflows preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and gather stakeholder requirements.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows; design prompts and chain LLM calls.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and demo to stakeholders.
• Prepare and structure data for AI inputs; connect solutions to internal data.
• Train end users and capture lessons learned for the team.
