We are seeking a proactive business analyst with a working knowledge of AI-driven solutions and automation. In this high-impact role, you’ll help internal teams harness the power of artificial intelligence to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and drive scalable growth across the company. We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about solving complex problems and improving processes, but also eager to explore and implement the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, recommend intelligent process improvements, and lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions. This strategic, hands-on role reports directly to the VP of Product and offers high visibility within the organization.
What you can expect to do //
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes across departments, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and scalability using AI tools
- Lead As-Is and To-Be workshops with operational teams to identify waste in end-to-end processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Client Relations, Finance, and others, to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement off-the-shelf productivity tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and best practices, and serve as an internal consultant for their potential applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and SaaS products used
- Use data-driven insights to measure process performance and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
- Support change management efforts by training stakeholders on new processes and tools.
- Prototype and test AI solutions using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, and custom scripting—balancing off-the-shelf tools and light internal builds.
- Track usage and impact of AI tools deployed internally; iterate based on feedback and ROI.
- Serve as a liaison between business, product, and executive teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Stay current on emerging AI productivity tools and share insights that may benefit the company.
Qualifications //
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or related roles—ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Proven experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools and automation platforms to optimize operational tasks.
- Strong curiosity and self-starting attitude—comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and APIs.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and workflow design tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
