Jobgether SRL is seeking a skilled backend developer to build scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and integrate AI features across the software lifecycle. You’ll work remotely within Brazil, with mandatory attendance at Campinas offices per policy and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL data handling, and modern DevOps practices using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure reliable deployments and robust testing.

Qualifications

• Backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• RESTful API design and microservices experience.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiar with automated testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Able to collaborate in agile teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of SDLC, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot.
• Integrate AI/LLM solutions into workflows and tooling.
• Refine requirements and estimate time/resources in agile ceremonies.
• Design data flows using SQL/NoSQL and messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Support testing, code reviews, and adherence to Clean Code practices.
• Enable CI/CD and containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain thorough documentation.
