Job summary

Estrada Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior AI / Azure Solution Engineer to design and implement enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The role is remote with a preferred location in Texas and involves hands-on architecture, data integration, and governance considerations.

You will work on RAG solutions, embeddings, Azure AI services, and develop secure, scalable AI capabilities across client environments, including evaluating LLM groundedness and prompt integrity.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/Azure engineer with hands-on enterprise AI design and implementation experience.
• Public sector or financial services experience is a strong plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry/Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and hybrid search.
• Proficient in Python and/or C#/ .NET.
• Experience developing enterprise knowledge assistants using organizational documents with traceable citations.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom AI agents, and agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, permission-aware retrieval, and security trimming.
• Experience evaluating LLM solutions for groundedness, hallucinations, prompt injection, and answer accuracy.
• Strong Azure architecture and enterprise solution design experience.
