Clayton Services is seeking an AI Software Integrator in North Houston to design AI-powered solutions and build workflow automations across departments. You will integrate business systems, create prompts, and map data while ensuring security and scalability.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Direct hire, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Recent graduates and candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience building AI tools, automations, APIs, or workflow integrations.
• Experience applying AI to solve real business problems is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that support business operations across multiple departments.
• Develop AI-powered automations that streamline workflows across engineering, PM, procurement, CRM, and marketing.
• Configure integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and cloud platforms.
• Create prompt templates, guardrails, and structured instructions for AI accuracy.
• Automate multi-step processes using Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Connect applications and data sources through APIs with proper authentication and data mapping.
• Monitor AI performance and improve workflows via tests and analytics.
• Produce technical docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to security best practices.
