Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements across departments.

• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical applications for Beltservice.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and IT teams to understand challenges.
• Design, configure, and support AI/automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric, and APIs.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop prototypes and assist with production deployments.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Beltservice Corporation is seeking an innovative and business-minded AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to support the company's Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology, helping identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance decision-making, and improve the employee and customer experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with business teams across the organization to evaluate processes, develop practical AI-enabled solutions, manage implementation efforts, support user adoption, and help scale successful initiatives throughout the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Opportunity Identification

• Work with departments across the organization to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the company's AI and Automation roadmap.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical applications for Beltservice.
• Help prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and organizational impact.

Business Partnership

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and IT teams to understand business challenges.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Assist with process mapping and workflow design.
• Support business users through solution deployment and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Development & Automation

• Design, configure, and support solutions utilizing technologies such as: Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, APIs and integrations, and low-code / no-code platforms.
• Building and supporting AI Agents and Copilot solutions.
• Automating business processes and workflows.
• Developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Building integrations between business systems.
• Creating reusable prompts, templates, and solution playbooks.
• Developing prototypes and assisting with production deployments.
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Project Coordination

• Assist in managing AI and automation initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates.
• Support vendor relationships and external technology partners.
• Assist in measuring business impact and ROI of completed initiatives.

AI Adoption & Training

• Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across the organization.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and best practices.
• Assist with AI learning sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Help maintain AI knowledge bases, prompt libraries, and reusable resources.
• Encourage responsible and effective use of AI technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL

• Competitive salary starting from $75,000 to $110,000 / Year.
