Job summary

JCS Solutions, in Bethesda, MD, seeks an experienced AI and Automation Solutions Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise automation, AI-enabled tools, and low-code apps within a secure IT environment. You will optimize operations, reporting, and service delivery using PowerShell, SCCM, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Hybrid role focused on enterprise-scale solutions with strong emphasis on cybersecurity, privacy, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune/BigFix in enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation development capabilities.
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise automation and MS Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support PowerShell automation solutions for IT operations.
• Design SCCM-based deployments, baselines, reporting, and remediation workflows.
• Build AI-assisted solutions including agents, prompts, and connectors.
• Create low-code apps, dashboards, and reports using Power Platform technologies.
• Integrate apps with enterprise platforms, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Perform testing, validation, monitoring, and operational support activities.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and change-management artifacts.
