JCS Solutions LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking an AI and Automation Solutions Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation, AI-enabled tools, and low-code apps that enhance IT operations and service delivery. The role combines PowerShell automation with Microsoft Power Platform expertise within a secure enterprise.

The candidate will implement SCCM-based deployments, ensure compliance with cybersecurity and lifecycle processes, and provide ongoing validation and support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, BigFix, or a comparable enterprise endpoint-management platform.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation development experience.
• Experience building enterprise automation solutions in production.
• Practical experience using generative AI technologies and developing AI-enabled components.
• Hands-on development with Microsoft Power Platform services: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, and Microsoft services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support PowerShell automation solutions for enterprise IT operations.
• Design and maintain SCCM-based deployments, baselines, reporting, and remediation workflows.
• Build AI-assisted solutions including agents, plugins, prompts, and connectors.
• Create low-code apps, workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled capabilities using Power Platform.
• Develop solutions with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate applications with MS 365 services, endpoint-management platforms, ticketing systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Perform testing, validation, monitoring, and operational support.
• Maintain version control, logging, documentation, change records, rollback plans, and security artifacts.
• Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, change-management, and lifecycle compliance.
• Validate AI outputs and protect sensitive information.

Job Summary

JCS Solutions is seeking an experienced AI and Automation Solutions Engineer to support the NICHD program in Bethesda, Maryland. You will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation, endpoint-management solutions, AI-assisted tools, and low-code applications that enhance IT operations, reporting capabilities, and service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong endpoint management and PowerShell automation expertise with practical experience developing AI-enabled and Microsoft Power Platform solutions in a secure, enterprise environment.

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, and support PowerShell automation solutions for enterprise IT operations.
• Design and maintain SCCM-based software deployments, configuration baselines, reporting solutions, and remediation workflows.
• Build approved AI-assisted solutions, including agents, GPTs, plugins, skills, prompts, connectors, and MCP-based integrations.
• Create low-code applications, workflows, portals, dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Develop solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate applications and automation platforms with Microsoft 365 services, endpoint-management platforms, ticketing systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Perform testing, validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
• Maintain version control, logging, documentation, change records, rollback plans, and security review artifacts.
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, change-management, and lifecycle management requirements.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and ensure appropriate protection of sensitive information

What you will bring

• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, BigFix, or a comparable enterprise endpoint-management platform, including software distribution, patch management, configuration baselines, deployment validation, and reporting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation development experience, or comparable enterprise scripting/development expertise.
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting enterprise automation solutions in production environments.
• Practical experience using approved generative AI technologies and developing agents, connectors, plugins, skills, prompts, or comparable reusable AI-enabled components.
• Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including multiple services such as:
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Power Pages
  • Copilot Studio
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, and Microsoft services.
• Ability to independently test, validate, and verify AI-generated outputs prior to implementation.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and operational support skills.
• Ability to work within established cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, change-management, and solution lifecycle processes.
• Ability to obtain or maintain an HHS Public Trust Tier II background investigation

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00
