Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional software development.
• 3–5 years building AI/ML in production.
• AdTech/MarTech industry experience preferred.
• Strong Agile delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML automation software.
• Lead architecture discussions and ensure coding, security, and performance best practices.
• Write clean Python code; knowledge of Java/Go a plus.
• Operationalize ML models via APIs, batch, or streaming pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical roadmap.
