Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a motivated software intern to support AI automation within our Technology/IT Operations team in Plano, TX.

You’ll prototype AI-driven workflows and build REST APIs using Python, Pandas, SQL, and JSON, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency. Design and deploy scalable data pipelines, containerize with Docker, and orchestrate with Kubernetes (AKS) in Azure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Flask, Pandas, JSON, and front-end framework (Angular/React).
• Experience building REST APIs using Flask or similar frameworks.
• Familiar with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering and model configuration.
• Familiar with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered automation and agentic workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Build LLM/GenAI solutions with Python REST APIs.
• Orchestrate agents with LangChain/LangGraph, including memory and tools.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Pandas/SQL/JSON and API integrations.
• Containerize, deploy, and operate solutions with Docker/Kubernetes (AKS) in Azure.
• Monitor observability and document architectures, workflows, and pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities.
