Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking an AI Automation & Workflow Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation and workflow solutions across departments. The role emphasizes secure integrations, scalable automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.

You will map current processes, propose improvements, and develop production-ready solutions using APIs, databases, AI models, and automation platforms to transform operations and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI engineering, automation, workflow development, or systems integration.
• Experience deploying production automations across multiple applications.
• Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mappings, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and data transformation processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organizational processes and identify AI opportunities to reduce admin burden and improve service delivery.
• Design and build AI-powered assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, and document-processing tools.
• Develop secure generative AI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.
• Create retrieval-augmented generation systems for secure policy and knowledge search.
• Build and maintain RESTful API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization.
