Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking an AI Engineer to scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that support internal operations. This role demands a pragmatic builder who selects the most efficient solution across system integrations, scripting, and reusable automation components.

Initially you will mature existing proofs-of-concept into reliable production systems, while implementing TDD, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable automation or AI systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and IaC practices.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional AI Champions.

Responsibilities
