Sarnova is seeking an AI and Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI automation solutions across the organization in Dublin, OH. You’ll lead development of intelligent agents, integration with enterprise systems, and continuous improvement of AI performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, collaboration with stakeholders, and staying current with Azure AI technologies and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AI development or automation engineering.
• Hands-on AI agents design with Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent workflows, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy AI agents using Azure Foundry Foundry SDK, Copilot Studio.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and A2A coordination to automate business processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data via APIs, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Monitor and improve AI solution quality, reliability, and security.
