Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and supporting production RPA solutions, with UiPath strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating live production bots with exception handling, retries, and multi-system integrations.
• Experience building LLM-based tools that reach real users in production or via internal tools or repositories.
• Working with Claude skills or plug-ins is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
• Good practices in testing, logging, monitoring, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support production-grade RPA automations.
• Maintain live bots with resilient exception-handling, retries, and orchestration.
• Develop integrations using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, PowerShell.
• Build LLM-enabled tools and workflows for real users.
• Validate AI output with proper logging and human oversight.
• Evaluate use cases for RPA vs AI or hybrid approaches.
• Test automations after changes and migrations.
• Manage automation packages through their lifecycle.
