- Ensure human-in-the-loop controls and monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails of automated processes.
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of automations.
- Work with Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations to align with regs.
- Stay updated on AI agents and automation tech.
