Qualifications

• Shipped production code in Go, Python or TypeScript and adaptable to problem demands.
• Built real features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
• Work daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor and drive autonomous work.
• You identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous tooling to accelerate AI infrastructure delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI compute systems.
• Maintain and improve interfaces for hiring, finance, and operations workflows.
